Do you offer telehealth sessions?

What happens during a complimentary 15-minute consult?

A phone or video call consult is your opportunity to ask any remaining questions you have about my practice and process. We can discuss the reasons you are seeking therapy. At the end of the consult, you and I can talk about the next steps you’d like to take.

What can I expect to achieve in therapy?

In our sessions, we focus on recognizing what happened to you, and what has happened to your community. You will identify your current coping abilities, survival strategies and learn more about mechanisms of trauma with me. You will develop your own unique wellness skills and tools by employing your own strength and gifts. You are going to further explore what happened to you and process your past experiences with the approach most suited to you.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, I am in-network with OHP, Cigna, Regence, PacificSource, Providence, Moda Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Kaiser Permanente.

What are your fees?

The initial assessment session is $250 for 50 in-person minutes plus 60 minutes of Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation. A 50-minute psychotherapy session is $175. Most of these sessions will be covered by your insurance.

What if I cannot afford your full fee?

I have some appointments available on a sliding scale for clients who cannot afford the full fee. We can talk about this more in the complimentary 15-minute consult.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice of cancellation. Cancellation with less than 24-hours’ notice requires payment in full.

How long are your sessions?

Individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and family sessions are 50 minutes.
Group therapy sessions are 90 minutes.
Lifespan Integration Therapy sessions are 60-75 minutes.
