CULTIVATING A NEW LIFE THROUGH COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS
I developed this course to certify individuals to help peers in mental health recovery. This is a 40-hour training, after which individuals are eligible for a certification from the Oregon Health Authority Traditional Health Worker program as a Peer Support Specialist.

The next training session, "Warriors in Recovery: Forging an Alliance of Peers," is specific to Veterans and Military Service Members and will be held virtually in November 2024. All trainings are offered at no cost and available to people who live, work, or volunteer in the state of Oregon.
